N.B.: Eskov & Marusik, 1994: 54 considered Horcotes niger Wiehle, 1965 to belong here, apparently overlooking the synonymy of that name with Walckenaeria stylifrons by Wunderlich, 1972a: 401; Elaphidion Menge, 1869: 224 and its replacement name Elaphopus Menge, 1879: "Verzeichniss" = index: 4, 8 are removed from the synonym of Saloca by da Silva-Moreira, Kulkarni & Hormiga, 2025: 74 (rejecting Roewer, 1942a: 701) and Elaphopus is declared a nomen dubium.
