Koch, 1866 (rejecting Bertkau, 1880b: 276) and considered the valid name for Sagana Thorell, 1875a: 96 [urn:lsid:nmbe.ch:spidergen:04184] (type S. rutilans Thorell, 1875), preoccupied in Lepidoptera by Walker, 1855, by Seropian, Bulbulashvili & Krammer, 2024: 172; Sagana was removed from the synonymy of Liocranum by Wunderlich, 2008c: 494 (rejecting Simon, 1878a: 288).
