N.B.: Dunstanoides Forster & Wilton, in Platnick, 1989b: 409, replacement name for Dunstania Forster & Wilton, 1973: 181 [urn:lsid:nmbe.ch:spidergen:05172] (type D. hesperis Forster & Wilton, 1973), preoccupied in fossil Heteroptera by Tillyard, 1916; treated as feminine in former versions of the WSC, but as no gender was stated in Platnick, 1989b it is masculine per ICZN Article 30.1.4.4; transferred from the Amphinectidae to the Desidae by Wheeler et al., 2017: 606 - not explicitely but together with the whole family; transfer to the Amaurobiidae (Murphy & Roberts, 2015: viii) not sufficiently justified and is not accepted here.
