N.B.: the authorship of the family was first corrected from Thorell, 1869: 42 to Simon, 1864: 343 (sub Herseliens) by Marusik, 2023a: 364; the French ending -iens was not accepted as taxon at familiar level by Bonnet and Platnick, and this was continued in the WSC until the arguing by Marusik & Özkütük, 2026: 276.
